Romeo and Mercutio were both heading to the party. Suddenly they stopped, and started talking about their dream. Romeo was talking about loving others (what else?). Mercutio was talking about a fantasy story to prove that dreams are fantacy. After the battle with words, Mercutio thought that he and Romeo would be late to the party, but Romeo feared that they would be too early.
